Job Description:

Menerima dan memeriksa hasil tagihan sales/collector berupa uang tunai, BG, cek, kospin, dan bukti transfer.
Menyusun Laporan Harian Kas (LHK), laporan kas kecil, serta laporan kasbon.
Mengelola penyetoran uang tunai dan BG ke bank serta mengarsipkan bukti setoran.
Menyusun forecast kas bulanan dan laporan Bilyet Giro (BG) mundur.
Memastikan kelengkapan dan keabsahan dokumen pendukung pengeluaran kas kecil.

Requirements:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi, Ekonomi, atau jurusan terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Cashier, Finance, atau posisi sejenis.
Menguasai Microsoft Office, khususnya Microsoft Excel.
Memahami administrasi kas, pembukuan dasar, rekonsiliasi transaksi, serta pelaporan keuangan.
Terbiasa menggunakan ERP atau software akuntansi (SAP, Accurate, atau sejenisnya) menjadi nilai tambah.
Teliti, jujur, disiplin, serta memiliki integritas tinggi dalam mengelola transaksi keuangan.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik dengan tim internal maupun eksternal.
Penempatan: Bandung.
