Cashier
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer payments accurately using cash, debit/credit cards, QRIS, and other payment methods.
- Issue receipts, invoices, and refunds according to company procedures.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, promotions, and payment options.
- Handle customer complaints or payment issues politely and escalate when necessary.
- Record daily sales transactions and prepare end-of-day reports.
- Follow company policies regarding cash handling, security, and _*fraud prevention*_ .
Profile Requirements
- Minimum High School/Vocational School graduate (Diploma is an advantage).
- Previous experience as a Cashier, Front Office, Retail Staff, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Comfortable using computers and digital payment systems.
- Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is an MANDATORY.
