We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, promote our best-selling products, handle customer payments accurately, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Placement : Labuan Sait - Uluatu
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Recommend and upsell our best-selling and favorite menu items to enhance the customer experience.
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and surrounding work area.
- Follow company procedures and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
