We’re on the look for a Career Specialist to join our fresh, fast-growing venture to help grow that mission in Asia.
How You Can Make Greater Impacts
The mission for this role is to ensure students successfully pass job placement interviews by delivering an end-to-end system for ensuring the career readiness of Glints Academy students, through career preparation content development, career readiness and coaching sessions, and delivering & overseeing mock-fit interviews.
- Managing a system to ensure 100% of students receive mock fit interviews and feedback scorecards
- Ensuring students to pass mock fit interview 1 month before graduation
- Building and managing a self-sourcing system for students, as a resource for their career readiness
- Developing content for and delivering career preparation sessions for students in a month
- Conducting advising and counseling session for students who need support
Requirement
- 2 years of working experience in people development/recruitment/career counseling
- Existing knowledge of IT employment sector a plus
- Experience managing systems & processes a plus
- Experience managing a team of juniors a plus
- Fluent English
- Strong relationship builder & people skills
- Self-starter and possess a problem-solving mindset
- Attention to detail, follow-up, sense of urgency
