Career Development & Learning Specialist

We’re looking for a Career Development & Learning Specialist who shares our passion-centric approach and wants to help bring it to life. You’ll work closely with Vooya’s Co-Founder & CEO to deliver assessments, consultations, coaching, and mentoring, while contributing to the development of our learning experiences.

This role brings together career and passion consultation, coaching, learning program development, and business development support.

Key Responsibilities

Assessment, Consultation, Coaching & Mentoring

• Facilitate passion and career assessments and consultations for clients.
• Help clients understand their results and explore how their passions connect with education, career, and personal development.
• Prepare consultation notes and reports when required.
• Deliver coaching and mentoring sessions using Vooya’s frameworks and methodology.
• Optionally mentor students during study tours, supporting their learning, reflection, and personal development.

Learning Experience & Product Development

• Contribute to the development and refinement of Vooya’s assessment tools, coaching resources, and bootcamp programs.
• Explore ways to improve learning experiences, including e-journaling and reflective learning activities.
• Translate Vooya’s learning philosophy and frameworks into practical tools and engaging experiences.

Business Development Support

• Focus on business development activities when consultation and coaching workloads are lighter.
• Identify and pursue relevant sales opportunities for Vooya’s assessment, coaching, and learning programs.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and program information for prospective clients.
• Contribute to an agreed sales target that reflects the role’s primary focus on consultation and coaching, and is lower than the target for dedicated B2B Sales roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Experience or a strong interest in career guidance, coaching, student development, learning and development, or education.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Good consultation, facilitation, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop structured learning materials and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using digital tools for documentation, presentations, and learning materials.
• Willingness to support occasional client meetings, school visits, workshops, and program activities.

Bonus Points

• Experience with psychometric assessments, career assessments, or assessment-based consultation.
• Experience designing or facilitating workshops, bootcamps, or learning programs.
• Exposure to HR, organizational learning and development, or people development.
• Experience in business development or sales.
• Interest in experiential learning and reflective practices.
