Job Summary: As a Career Coach at Orbit Consulting, you will be a key partner in the Career Orbit program. You will help clients maximize their career potential through a personalized and practical approach, in line with Orbit Consulting’s core services.

Job Description:

1. Conducting private and group career counseling and guidance sessions (online/in-person) to help clients identify their potential.
2. Conducting career assessments and helping clients understand their personal profiles, strengths, interests, and career values.
3. Assisting with the creation, review, and optimization of job application documents: resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
4. Providing Interview Preparation sessions (mock interviews, question-answering techniques, and situational simulations).
5. Guiding Career Path Planning & Goal Setting and the development of a realistic Career Roadmap.
6. Providing effective Job Search Strategies and Personal Branding.
7. Assisting clients undergoing a Career Transition or Career Switch.
8. Conducting 1-on-1 coaching sessions (online or in-person) as well as group sessions/workshops as needed.
9. Educating on industry trends by providing up-to-date insights into job market dynamics, in-demand skills, and effective strategies for navigating the recruitment process.

Job Requirement:

1. Educational background in Psychology, Management, Human Resources Development (HRD), or Communication Studies.
2. At least 1 years of experience in Career Coaching, Recruitment, HR, Talent Development, or Career Counseling.
3. Career Coach certification or HR/Recruitment-related certification (a plus).
4. Experience as a trainer & speaker (a plus).
5. In-depth understanding of the recruitment process in Indonesia and current job market trends.
6. Proficient in drafting resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles, as well as preparing candidates for interviews.
7. Strong communication skills, high empathy, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
8. Passionate about helping young people enter and thrive in the workforce.
9. Patient, supportive, and solution-oriented.
10. Possesses high integrity and maintains client confidentiality.
11. Flexible with schedule and able to work independently as a partner.
12. Has a laptop and a stable internet connection.
