Qualification:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.

- Able to supervise and coordinate waitstaff during daily operations.
- Good understanding of food & beverage service, table setting, sequence of service, and guest handling.
- Able to handle guest complaints and service issues professionally and effectively.
