Captain Floor Qualifications
Male/Female, maximum 35 years old.
Minimum education: High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience as a Floor Captain, Head Waiter, or a similar position in the F&B industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and supervise operational teams.
Good understanding of customer service and hospitality standards.
Able to conduct team briefings, monitor performance, and provide coaching when needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Able to handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.
Disciplined, responsible, honest, and proactive.
Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cafés, restaurants, lounges, bars, or other hospitality businesses.
Strong upselling skills and ability to increase guest spending.
Familiar with POS systems and daily operational reporting.
