PT. Mitra Natura Raya (kebunraya.id) saat ini membuka kesempatan berkarier bagi talenta terbaik sebagai Captain F&B. Adapun scope pekerjaannya secara umum mencakup kelancaran operasional di area restoran, memastikan pelayanan berkualitas tinggi, mengelola tim, dan menjaga kepuasan pelanggan. Adapun kualifikasinya sebagai berikut :
- Laki-laki, Usia maksimal 35 tahun
- Pendidikan Min. S1 Pariwisata / Perhotelan
- Berpengalaman sebagai Captain Resto (Service, Banquette, Barista) Min. 3 tahun
- Menguasai COGS, Menu Engineering dan F&B Cost
- Menguasai Google Workspace, Ms. Office dan F&B ERP System
- Menguasai F&B Knowledge dan F&B Best Practice
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk mengelola beberapa project / event di waktu yang bersamaan, termasuk timeline, budget, SDM, dan reporting
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk memimpin dan memotivasi Tim F&B serta berkolaborasi dengan departemen lain
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan decision making yang baik
- Berkepribadian proaktif, detail and target oriented, serta team work synergy
- Bersedia untuk bekerja dengan jadwal yang fleksibel dan mobilitas tinggi termasuk di akhir pekan atau hari libur nasional
