Campaign Strategy Lead

Job Description

• Planning, executing, supervising, tracking, and evaluating 360 Digital Marketing Campaign performance to optimize outcomes.
• Coordinating comprehensive campaigns across ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) channels for maximum reach and impact.
• Conduct research on future trends, market share and customer behavior also monitor and analyze competitor's activities and market trends
• Ensuring seamless campaign delivery, meeting deadlines, targeting the desired audience, and staying within allocated budgets.
• Analyze brand performance, ensure consistency across campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to drive market presence and growth
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of online and offline campaigns, coordinating creative, design, and content teams to ensure brand alignment.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years in brand management, marketing, or a related role, ideally within the personal care & beauty industry.
• Strong background in developing organic social media campaigns, with a proven ability to drive consumer engagement.
• Deep understanding of brand positioning, consumer insights, and evolving digital marketing trends.
• Strong analytical mindset to track performance metrics, evaluate market trends, and optimize campaign strategies.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally, adapt to market changes, and drive brand impact.
