Job Description
- Support brand/campaign activation activities and day-to-day operational processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth merchant operations and timely issue resolution.
- Handle administrative tasks, reporting, and operational monitoring.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Execute operational processes in accordance with established SOPs and guidelines.
- Escalate system issues, policy exceptions, and high-risk cases to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong administrative skills and understanding of business processes.
- Familiar with campaign setup, monitoring tools, and basic performance metrics, such as CTR, impressions, and conversions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational issues efficiently.
- Experience managing end-to-end in-app or digital campaigns is a plus.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing time and priorities effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
