Job description for Campaign Officer at Kumparan
Scope of Work:
- Manage end-to-end project implementation.
- Handle all administrative processes related to the project.
- Ensure accurate and smooth delivery of all client benefits (zero errors).
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners throughout the implementation and delivery process.
- Prepare and analyze reports for ongoing project campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling in each project or campaign.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in campaign management, account coordination, or client-facing roles.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
- Confidence in leading client calls and presentations.
- Able to deliver performance reports and optimization insights.
