Job description for Campaign and Creative Lead at Madeviral
- Create integrated effective and efficient marketing campaigns based on market segments to reach marketing goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to explore the creative angle and deliver the proper execution of the successful marketing campaign.
- Ensure that the product’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including data analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
- Collect and use data / references / ideas to inform new campaigns and construct evaluation of existing campaigns.
- Keep up with the most recent yet relevant marketing trends, gimmicks, and memes.
- Must have strong ENGLISH written and spoken skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, digital marketing or related fields.
- Have professional experience or are personally passionate about the gaming & crypto industry, trends and products.
- Experience working on a creative team in the marketing agency, television or event planning industries for 2-3 years is strongly preferred.
- Be a critical thinker with out of the box problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential.
- In-depth knowledge of running marketing campaigns and have proven experience of managing it.
- Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
- The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time.
