🎯 JOB OBJECTIVE
We are looking for a creative and versatile Cameraman & Video Editor Designer to support our E-commerce and Social Media content production. This role is responsible for product photography, filming advertising videos, editing short form content, and designing visual materials that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
The ideal candidate must have a strong visual mindset, understand TikTok & E-commerce content trends, and be able to create engaging content that helps increase audience engagement and sales conversion.
🔥 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Product Photography & Filming
Conduct product photography and advertising video shoots for Social Media and E-commerce platforms.
Execute filming based on scripts, concepts, and creative direction from the Marketing/Content team.
Set up camera, lighting, composition, angles, and audio recording professionally.
Operate cameras, smartphones, gimbals, lighting equipment, and other production tools.
Work closely with talents/models during shooting sessions.
Ensure high quality visuals suitable for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shopee Video, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.
Manage and maintain company filming equipment and studio setup.
B. Video Editing & Short-form Content
Edit short form videos for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels, Shopee, and advertising campaigns.
Add subtitles, transitions, music, sound effects, animations, and motion graphics to improve video performance.
Create engaging hooks and fast paced editing styles optimized for social media algorithms.
Adapt video formats according to each platform’s technical requirements.
Revise videos based on feedback until final approval.
C. Graphic Design & Creative Support
Design promotional images, product banners, thumbnails, and social media visuals.
Support creating visual assets for advertisements, campaigns, and E-commerce stores.
Ensure all visual content follows Brand Guidelines and maintains a professional appearance.
Organize and manage project files, raw footage, and design assets systematically.
Contribute creative ideas for content improvement and campaign execution.
✅ REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in videography, video editing, or graphic design.
Experience in TikTok, short form content, or E-commerce content creation is highly preferred.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut PC, or similar software.
Good understanding of camera operation, lighting setup, framing, and audio recording.
Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and design aesthetics.
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Able to work in a fast paced E-commerce environment and meet deadlines.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Have own personal device (laptop) with capable of running design and editing software (Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, etc)
Fluent in English conversational
Mandatory: Must submit Portfolio (video works, photography, or design projects).
💰 SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary: 4,000,000 – 7,000,000 /month (depending on experience and portfolio quality).

Working Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 08:00 - 17:00 (Lunch break: 12:00 - 13:00)
