Job description for Call Center at PT Global Service Indonesia
- Menerima dan mencatatkan setiap invoice of customer di system FSL yang menghubungi UTCall 1500072 dan akses channel UTcall lainnya.
- Mampu memberikan solusi dari setiap voice of customer baik itu infomasi, request & complain
- Melakukan eskalasi case/tiket ke Branch/Site/PIC terkait lainnya sesuai voice yang masuk
- Mengupdate database callcenter
- Senantiasa menjaga relasi yang baik dengan customer yang menghubungi call center
