Job description for Call center at PT Fujitec Indonesia
Job Deskripsi:
- Berkomunikasi dengan klien melalui telepon untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan, keluhan atau masalah customer.
- Mendengarkan penjelasan dari pelanggan secara seksama dan merespon setiap keluhan pelanggan dengan sopan.
- Menangani keluhan nasabah selama panggilan berlangsung, menindaklanjuti dan memantau hingga keluhan mendapatkan penanganan.
- Mencatat hasil tindak lanjut ke system
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan Minimal SMK sederajat
- Menguasai Microsoft Office
- Pengalaman kerja di bidang customer service atau call center
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang jelas, sopan, dan ramah baik lisan maupun tulisan.
- Menguasai bahasa Indonesia dengan baik (lisan dan tulisan).
- Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift, termasuk hari libur dan akhir pekan.
- Bersedia bekerja berdasarkan kontrak dengan pihak ketiga
