Responsibility:
• Manage and supervise all Customer Service operations in order to improve customer satisfaction
• Ensuring the completion of handling consumer complaints and coordinating with other departments to improve services to consumers
• Analyze and evaluate the entire system or Customer Service service to improve service effectiveness and customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
• Have good leadership skills and have led a team
• Have experience in all aspects of Customer Service (inbound, outbound) and telemarketing
• Having good communication skills
• Good initiative ability, proactive, creative thinking and problem solver
• Attention to detail with high integrity
• Have experience in the same position min. 1 year
