Job description for Call Center English (Banking) at PT. Transcosmos Indonesia

Job Description:

Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through telephone calls.
Provide appropriate solutions and follow up on each case in accordance with the applicable SLA.
Accurately document every customer interaction in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Comply with SOPs, company policies, and service quality standards.
Contribute to maintaining customer satisfaction and achieving team performance targets.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Previous experience as a Banking Call Center Agent is required.
Familiar with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Willing to work on a 24/7 shift schedule.
Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang, or Jakarta.
Available to join immediately
