We're hiring Call Center Agent (IT Background) who are available immediately
Job Description:
- Handle customer complaints promptly
- Generate interest in prospective customers for the products/services offered
- Contact customers via telephone, email, or chat and provide the information they need
- Update the customer/prospective customer database and leads with the latest information and data
Job Requirement:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or Informatics Management
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Possess experience in the Call Center field, especially related to EKYC
- Fluent in English
- Responsive and computer literate
- Non-Muslim (for shifting purposes)
- Muslims are welcome to apply
- Willing to work in a shift system
