Call Center Job description :
1. Work with a shifting schedule in accordance with the specified schedule
2. Receiving Incoming Calls
3. Answering customer/ non-customer questions related to general information, products and general information about bank
4. Assist in handling customer request related to E-Channel
5. Assist in handling customer/ non-customer complaints
6. Provide solutions to questions asked by customer/ non-customer
7. Input customer/ non-customer data in inquiry, request and complaint received in the register/ Contact Center System Inbound and Ticketing
8. Monitoring ATM
9. Preparing daily report Call Center
