We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Calibration & Validation Technician Staff. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technical work and eager to grow in the field of calibration, validation, and instrumentation.
Job Description
* Perform calibration and validation of instruments in accordance with company standards and procedures
* Conduct both on-site and in-house calibration & validation activities (local and out-of-town assignments)
* Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair customer equipment
* Prepare tools and equipment required for calibration and validation work
* Deliver product training and technical presentations to customers
* Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports for calibration, validation, and qualification activities
Requirements
* Age between 21 – 27 years old
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering or equivalent
* At least 1 year of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
* Having knowledge in calibration and/or validation is an advantage
* Able to work independently as well as in a team
* Strong customer service orientation and self-motivation
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
* Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and able to drive a car
* Willing to be assigned to any company branch
Responsibilities
* Visit customers to provide technical services and support the sales team during product presentations
* Perform calibration and validation activities in compliance with applicable standards
* Prepare maintenance, calibration, and validation reports
* Provide pre-sales technical support, product installation, and after-sales service
* Conduct technical demonstrations and product presentations to customers
