CAKE DECORATOR (PASTRY)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Cake Decorator will be well versed in all aspects of cake decorating to include: the ability to decorate with buttercream and whip cream and cover in fondant, carve and sculpt shapes, cut-outs, and figurines.
Ensure all dishes are in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.
Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year cake decorating experience in pastry and bakery required.
- Relevant education background with this position.
- Passion of creating incredible products that attracts customers.
- Good skill, creative, self discipline, energetic, good team work.
- Able to join immediately.
