Barista (Full Time)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily café operations, including guest service, order taking, cashiering, and serving food and beverages.
- Welcome guests and deliver excellent customer service in line with TCB’s hospitality standards.
- Assist with basic kitchen preparation, food presentation, and beverage preparation, including coffee.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards across the café and kitchen.
- Support stock monitoring, inventory control, and daily operational tasks.
- Assist with product presentation, promotions, and social media content when required.
- Work flexibly across service, kitchen, and beverage stations to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and barista duties.
- A flexible all-rounder who is willing to work across different operational areas.
- Customer-focused, well-presented, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Willing to learn, follow SOPs, and maintain TCB’s service and quality standards.
