Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise and train staff, ensuring high standards of service and performance.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure a high-quality menu and food presentation.
• Plan and organize events or promotions to boost cafe business.
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment for customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including barista skills.
• Understanding of financial management and budgeting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
