CADDY
Qualifications:
. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training
in golf or hospitality is a plus.
. Prior experience as a Caddy or in a customer-facing
role is an advantage, but not required.
. Good physical condition and stamina to walk long
distances and carry golf bags.
. Strong understanding of golf rules, etiquette, and
terminology (or willingness to learn).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Friendly, respectful, and service oriented demeanor.
. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
conditions.
. Willingness to work flexible hours, including
weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
. Carry Golfers' bags, provide yardage information, and
assist during play.
. Offer advice on Club selection and course navigation
when requested.
. Maintain pace of play and ensure golfers follow
proper etiquette.
. Clean clubs and golf during and after the round.
· Repair divots, rake bunkers, and help maintain course
condition.
· Provide a positive and professional experience for all
guests.
. Communicate respectfully with players and team
members.
. Report any guest concerns or incidents to the Caddy
Master promptly.
. Attend training sessions and follow all club safety
and conduct guidelines.
