Job description for Cabin Staff (Multirole) - Bobocabin Kawah Ijen, Banyuwangi at PT Bobobox Mitra Indonesia
What you will do :
- To Greet and ask about the reservation a guest in a proper manner
- Check and verify guest reservations through the Property Management System (PMS)
- Request guest's identification documents and ensure all registration forms are completed accurately
- Carry out daily operational tasks and responsibilities in accordance with instructions from the Cabin Branch Leader
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the cabins and public areas
- Ensure cleaning supplies and housekeeping trolleys are properly stocked and ready for use
You will fit in this job if you :
- Have at least 1 year or relevant work experience in the Housekeeping or Front Office department at a hotel or resort
- Are willing to work on a shift schedule
- Are available to work beyond scheduled hours when urgent operational needs arise
- Maintain a neat appearance and good personal grooming
