Job description for Buyer Food Service at Circle K Indonesia (Region Office)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  1. Melakukan pengadaan produk dan raw material food service
  2. Mengelola hubungan dan performa vendor/supplier
  3. Memonitor stock, OOS, waste, dan ketersediaan produk
  4. Memastikan kualitas produk, hygiene, dan implementasi di toko
  5. Membuat laporan dan rekomendasi untuk pencapaian target Food Service

Kualifkasi :

  1. Minimal D3/S1 Semua jurusan
  2. Pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun di bidang Purchasing/Buying, Procurement, atau terkait (lebih disukai di industri F&B/Retail)
  3. Memahami proses pengadaan, vendor/supplier management, dan Inventory Control
  4. Memahami produk Food Service dan Rawa Material
  5. Mampu melakukan analisa data, forecast kebutuhan, dan monitoring stock
  6. Komunikatif, Analitis, Negosiasi yang baik, dan berorientasi pada target
