Responsibilities
Pre-Arrival
• Collaborate with the Guest Relations Officer to gather information about guest preferences and requirements for their stay (such as dietary restrictions, preferred amenities, celebration arrangements).
• Stock the villa with requested groceries, beverages, and other essentials.
• Prepare the villa according to guest preferences, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Guest Arrival
• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage
• Conduct a comprehensive villa orientation, highlighting amenities, appliances, entertainment systems, and safety features.
• Offer refreshments and ensure guests feel comfortable and settled in
Guest Service During Stay
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
• Provide personalized service, catering to individual preferences and requests (unpacking luggage, preparing baths, drawing curtains etc).
• Arrange in-villa services such as spa treatments, private chefs, or activity bookings.
• Serve meals and beverages with exceptional presentation and attentiveness.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, attending to daily tidying and turndown service
• Handle guest requests regarding temperature control, lighting, and audio-visual equipment, etc.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Arrange transportation and guest reservations as needed.
• Offer local recommendations and assist guests in planning their itinerary
• Discreetly handle guest concerns and complaints, striving for resolutions that exceed expectations.
