Butler
A luxury villa property in Bali is looking for a polished, attentive, and service-oriented Butler (Full Time)
Responsibilities
- Provide personalised guest service and anticipate guest needs to ensure a memorable stay
- Handle food and beverage service, including table settings, serving, and guest hosting
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain excellent grooming, professional etiquette, and guest confidentiality
- Provide attentive and professional service while respecting guest privacy
- Assist with guest requests and ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and guest service areas
- Ensure all services meet established luxury hospitality standards
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Butler or in a similar guest service role
- Previous experience in a five-star hotel, luxury villa, or private residence is strongly preferred
- Female candidates are preferred
- Barista experience and knowledge of coffee preparation are a significant advantage
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service, table etiquette, and guest hosting
- Excellent grooming, professional presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and self-motivated
- Able to anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service without being intrusive
Must provide strong professional references and have a verifiable employment history
