Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist VIP guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Coordinate villa and yacht bookings, check-ins, and guest services.
- Ensure premium hospitality standards throughout the guest journey.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with operations, events, and hospitality teams.
- Maintain excellent presentation and service quality at all times.
- Assist with luxury lifestyle experiences and concierge services.
Requirements
- Female, good-looking, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, villas, yachts, or customer service is preferred.
