Qualifications :
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, F&B, sports, leisure, retail, or related industries
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisor or Managerial position
* Strong commercial and sales mindset
* Proven ability to manage revenue, customer experience, and operational teams
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
* Hands-on, decisive, and results-oriented
* Proficient in English, both spoken and written
* Knowledge of golf/driving range operations is an advantage, but not a requirement
