Business Transformation Lead — KOI Group

About the Role
KOI Group is creating a new function to lead cross-departmental business transformation — streamlining workflows, building integrated operational systems, and serving as a direct strategic partner to the CEO. This role is well suited to a candidate who has built a PMO function from the ground up and led operational systems implementations in a fast-growing business.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-departmental business transformation (restaurant operations, HR, supply chain, sales, and finance) as the single delivery owner, reporting directly to the CEO.
- Identify the operational systems needed (ERP/POS/WMS/internal ticketing systems) based on business requirements, and manage their implementation from planning through to stable adoption.
- Build and maintain an integrated project/systems roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and delivery capacity.
- Identify inefficient cross-departmental processes and lead the effort to improve them.
- Act as a strategic partner to each department, ensuring changes are implemented in line with each business unit's needs.
- Translate the CEO's strategic direction into measurable work plans (OKRs/KPIs) that can be delegated to teams.
- Manage vendors and implementation partners, including related procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in PMO, program management, or business transformation.
- Proven experience leading the implementation of operational systems (ERP/POS/WMS/TMS or similar) from planning through to stable rollout.
- Experience working with, and reporting directly to, the CEO or C-level executives.
- Able to translate strategic direction into measurable, executable work plans.
- Background in multi-location businesses (F&B, retail, or logistics) is a plus, but candidates from other industries are also welcome to apply.
- No consulting background required; minimum Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
