Role Summary
The Business Transformation Intern will support leadership in improving business performance through process optimization, data-driven decision making, and AI-enabled automation initiatives. This role is focused on identifying inefficiencies, designing better workflows, and helping execute transformation projects across operations, customer experience, and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Improvement
- Analyze and improve business processes and workflows.
- Document SOPs and support operational consistency.
2. Data Analysis
- Analyze operational and customer data to generate insights.
- Build reports and monitor key performance metrics.
3. AI & Automation
- Support experimentation with no-code/low-code solutions.
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities.
4. Customer Insights
- Gather and analyze customer feedback.
- Recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.
5. Project Execution
- Support strategic improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Track progress and ensure timely execution.
Requirements
- Final year student or fresh graduate (Business, Engineering, Data, or related fields preferred)
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
- Interest in AI tools, automation, and process improvement
- Strong communication skills and execution mindset
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
