1. Review customer data in the company’s internal system and support the customer contract creation process.
2. Check contract details and perform revisions when needed.
3. Prepare memos for customer application activation, removal, and suspension.
4. Handle funding requests related to marketing and business needs.
5. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure data accuracy.
6. Present data and reports as required by management.
Requirement:
1. 5+ years of experience in related fields
2. Excellent communication and administrative skills.
3. Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
4. Good document filing and archiving abilities.
5. Detail-oriented and thorough.
