Job description for Business Support Executive at Pt Cibes Lift Indonesia
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Placement in Orchard Park, Batam
2. Acting as first point contact of the company for new potential customers.
3. Responsible to receive call , email and whatsapp from potential customers and external
parties in coordination with Marketing Team, responsible for company social media such
Instagram, Facebook, etc.
4. Administrative tasks (delivery orders, collections, filling, record update.
5. Create data collection and monitoring of incoming leads from many resources.
6. Distribute leads to sales and monitor leads distribution.
7. Responsible for CRM System.
8. Ensure all administrative reports are correct and completed within the deadline.
9. Acting as customer service representative.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Female, Max 35 Years Old.
2. Minimum D3/S1 all majors, Fresh Graduate allowed.
3. Have 3 years experience as administration much appreciated.
4. Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment.
