Job Description:
- Gather and inventory company data across functions; set documentation standards so data is usable for analysis, not just stored. Flag gaps or quality issues that limit data-driven decisions.
- Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards on key metrics, with trends, period comparisons, and variance flags showing what changed and why.
- Run ad hoc analysis for leadership questions; synthesize findings into concise memos or decks. Support business review updates with data-backed narratives and basic benchmarking.
- Clean, structure, and document existing data and processes; flag bottlenecks found along the way; keep documentation replicable.
Requirements:
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a collaborative environment.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
- Analytical and structured thinker
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel) and exposure to dashboard or BI tools is a plus
- Able to commit to a six months’ internship.
