Key Responsibilities
- Analyze clients' current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.
- Query, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL and Microsoft Excel to support strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure successful implementation of ERP, Finance, Payroll, and Plantation Management Systems based on client requirements.
- Deliver clear, compelling presentations and business solutions to clients and key stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, and post-implementation activities.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing business insights and recommendations that improve operational efficiency.
