Key Responsibilities
Analyze clients' current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.
Query, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL and Microsoft Excel to support strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure successful implementation of ERP, Finance, Payroll, and Plantation Management Systems based on client requirements.
Deliver clear, compelling presentations and business solutions to clients and key stakeholders.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Support project implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user training, and post-implementation activities.
Act as a trusted advisor by providing business insights and recommendations that improve operational efficiency.
