About the Role
As a Business Representative (Marketplace), you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with mGanik's marketplace seller partners across platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and other e-commerce channels. You will work closely with seller partners to improve store performance, increase sell-in and sell-out, drive campaign participation, and achieve sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with marketplace seller partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for seller partners, providing timely support and business solutions.
- Drive seller engagement by encouraging participation in marketplace campaigns, promotional programs, and business initiatives.
- Monitor seller performance, sales trends, and store activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide recommendations to improve sell-in, sell-out, product assortment, pricing strategies, and overall store performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability, campaign execution, and operational excellence.
- Analyze marketplace performance data and prepare regular reports on seller growth, campaign effectiveness, and retention metrics.
- Develop and execute retention strategies to improve seller activation, engagement, and long-term partnership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Marketplace Account Management, Seller Success, Merchant Success, Marketplace Partnership, E-commerce Account Management, Marketplace Operations, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience managing marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, seller management, promotional campaigns, and e-commerce business processes.
- Experience analyzing sales performance, GMV, campaign performance, seller engagement, or other marketplace business metrics.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, and data reporting tools.
- Target-oriented, analytical, proactive, and able to work collaboratively across functions.
