KONEKIN (Koneksi Indonesia Inklusif) is a social enterprise that aims to empower and educate persons with disabilities in order to foster an inclusive economy. Since 2018, KONEKIN has collaborated with more than 100 disability communities, 33 organizations, and over 10,000 individuals to address disability-related issues through its services and programs. KONEKIN utilizes a subsidized model to offer three main services to the market: Disability Equality Training (DET), Inclusive Event Organizing, and DEI Consulting. Through our service guidance, companies can identify qualified candidates with disabilities and prepare an inclusive and accessible workplace.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate partners, NGOs, and institutions.
- Conduct market research, map potential clients, and analyze client needs and collaboration opportunities.
- Initiate and manage the partnership process, including outreach, meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups with partners.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and supporting partnership documents, as well as strategies for developing KONEKIN’s services.
- Manage the partner database and compile reports on partnership progress, along with client feedback for service improvement.
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnership, or client relations.
- Strong skills in market research, client needs analysis, and business acumen.
- Ability to develop proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Residing in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek) is preferred.
