Job description for Business Process Analyst at Alfagift - Global Loyalty Indonesia

Job Description

Identify, analyze, and map the company's business processes regularly.
Document and update business processes using BPMN, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
Design process improvement strategies for operational efficiency, as well as identify and mitigate business risks.
Support system development and digitalization through requirement analysis and implementation monitoring.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering (preferred), or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in Business Process, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement; fresh graduates are welcome.
Skilled in process mapping and familiar with BPM Cycle, SOPs, Lean, Six Sigma, and Risk Management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent cross-functional communication abilities.
