Job Description
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and process flows.
- Create and maintain business process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and business requirement documents.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented.
- Identify potential process risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support system development and implementation by providing functional clarification and validation.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure the delivered system meets business requirements.
- Monitor implemented processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Experienced in creating BPMN, flowcharts, use cases, and functional requirements.
- Familiar with SDLC and software development processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with UAT is preferred.
