Business Performance Optimization is the department responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing company performance to ensure operations are effective, efficient, and aligned with strategic targets.
This department serves as the business performance control center, ensuring every business unit across all subsidiaries operates in accordance with the business plan and delivers optimal performance.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and analyze the business performance of subsidiaries to ensure monthly profitability and business targets are achieved.
- Analyze business performance, revenue trends, financial results, and operational efficiency to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and monitor business targets and performance indicators, particularly for financial products such as microfinance and pension loans at Bank Nusumma.
- Develop and maintain management reports to provide accurate, timely, and actionable business insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Analyze business and financial data to provide recommendations and strategic insights to management for better business performance and decision-making.
- Coordinate and monitor business planning and data submission through the NPD system to ensure timely planning and data accuracy across BPRs.
- Support the strategic partnership team by providing performance data and financial models to evaluate potential collaborations – not executing deals directly.
- Collaborate proactively with Business, Finance, Operations, Technology, and other relevant divisions to support business growth, expansion, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Communication, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in business performance, management reporting, financial analysis, business planning, or a related role is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights and recommendations effectively to various stakeholders..
- Microsoft Excel: Advanced .
