Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end business operations and ensure smooth operational processes.
- Handle escalations from Customer Care and provide effective problem resolution.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve operational and technical issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support Customer Care inquiries and business operations.
- Prepare operational reports, perform quality assurance, and support ad-hoc business initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from any major.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Customer Relations, Operations Support, or related field.
- Experience handling customer complaints and escalation cases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with operational reporting.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Fluent in English and able to work under pressure.
