📍 Requirements:

• Minimum SMA/SMK or higher education
• Experience in a similar role, especially in the retail industry, for at least 1 year
• Strong leadership skills to manage and develop the team
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
• Familiar with marketplace operations (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.)
• Experience using financial systems such as Accurate or similar accounting software
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Passionate about the retail and fashion accessories industry
• Willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

📋 Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations, including marketplace management, purchasing, stock control, production processes, and office facilities.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business targets, including ad management, content planning, campaign scheduling, and branding initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze business performance, track GMV targets, and propose new strategies to increase sales and efficiency.
• Ensure effective team coordination through regular training, competitor analysis, and operational improvements to reduce expenses and enhance productivity.
• Lead store styling efforts with fresh monthly displays and foster a dynamic work environment that drives team performance and engagement.
