Job description for Business Operations & Administration Intern at DETA Agency
What will you do?
- Assist in preparing and managing business documents such as quotations, invoices, and proposals.
- Support the team in handling administrative processes for e-procurement platforms (e-proc/e-catalog).
- Help manage business correspondence, including emails and client documentation.
- Conduct vendor sourcing and maintain relationships with potential vendors/partners.
- Organize and update business administration records and databases.
- Support the Business Development team in day-to-day operational activities.
We're looking for someone who:
- Final-year students or fresh graduates from Business Administration, Management, Communication, or related majors.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage administrative tasks accurately.
- Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and business correspondence.
- Has good communication skills and is confident in coordinating with vendors or external parties.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
- Quick learner, proactive, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in administration, procurement, or business support is a plus
