Job Descriptions :
- Assist with strategy execution, market research, reporting, and meeting coordination.
- Manage scheduling, travel, documents, and act as a liaison.
- Organize CEO's meetings, travel, and events.
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence; draft and proofread documents.
- Support research, stakeholder communication, and meeting logistics.
- Manage supplies, petty cash, and travel arrangements.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, business operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
