Job description for Business Operation & Loyalty Retention (Internship) at Jinom

Kualifikasi :

  1. Mahasiswa tingkat akhir (Semester 6 ke atas) atau fresh graduate jurusan TI, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Industri, Ekonomi Bisnis, Statistika, atau jurusan terkait.
  2. Mampu mengolah database dan membuat laporan operasional.
  3. Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Excel atau Google Spreadsheet.
  4. Memiliki kemampuan analitis dan problem solving yang baik dalam membaca performa personel tim, utilisasi layanan, serta aktivitas reseller/pelanggan.
  5. Terbiasa melakukan analisis churn, retensi , serta monitoring loyalty pelanggan.
  6. Memahami dasar workflow operasional dan mampu melakukan koordinasi lintas divisi.
  7. Mampu membantu pengembangan workflow automation dan dashboard operasional menjadi nilai tambah.
  8. emiliki komunikasi yang baik kepada tim internal maupun pelanggan
  9. Teliti, rapi, terstruktur, dan bertanggung jawab dalam bekerja.
  10. Tertarik pada operasional bisnis, monitoring performa, dan pengelolaan reseller/pelanggan.
