Job Role:
- Manage communication and relationships with clients
- Develop business and growth strategies for company
- Identify new project opportunities and partnerships
- Prepare quotations, budgeting, and project negotiations
- Coordinate timelines with producers and creative teams
- Ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently
- Help scale the business and strengthen the studio’s positioning
Experience in business development, account management, producing, or project management
- Understanding of the creative, production house, advertising, or animation industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English
- A strong network in agencies, brands, or entertainment industries is a plus
