- Develop and maintain business relationships with private and government stakeholders.
- Manage partnership projects from planning to implementation.
- Develop market expansion and business development strategies.
- Monitor project performance and ensure target achievement.
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Relationship Management, or Project Management.
- Experience in managing agricultural commodity projects, preferably with private or government stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and contract management skills.
- Target-oriented with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Lumajang/Jember. Candidates currently residing in Lumajang/Jember or willing to relocate will be prioritized.
